HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Contact me at (303) 929-2457 or info@izzyattai.com to schedule a discovery call. I will e-mail you an initial questionnaire to assess your goals and make your consultation most productive.

IS THIS MEDICAL TREATMENT?

No, this is coaching, not medical care. I focus on lifestyle strategies, virtual movement, mindset, and energy pacing to support your well-being.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT ON A WEEKLY BASIS?

Health & Wellness Coaching often involves the need to log foods, journal, think and respond to questions, read educational materials, meditate, etc. The goal is to provide resources and create an approach based on your needs and learning style (e.g. do you need a lot of structure).

HOW LONG CAN THIS PROCESS BE EXPECTED TO TAKE?

Every woman’s journey is unique. Many start feeling more confident in their routines and energy management within a few weeks, with deeper changes over months.​ Coaching is a process . . . outcomes depend on your commitment, goals, motivation, desire to make changes and need for support throughout the journey.

 

I strongly recommend a 3 month initial commitment. For example, clients seeking weight loss see noticeable results within 1-5 weeks while others choose to engage in a longer-term process either to make changes gradually or because that is what they need for sustainable, healthy results. I’ve helped clients in as little as 4 weeks while others have worked with me on and off for 10 years to maintain and/or continually improve results.

WHERE ARE COACHING SERVICES CONDUCTED?

All coaching, movement, and fitness guidance is fully virtual and can be done from anywhere.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

My hours are typically Monday-Thursday 7:30 A.M. - 6:30 P.M. MST.
