I support stressed moms in their 40's and 50's who struggle with
health, motivation, and fatigue, and are ready to adopt mental and
lifestyle habits that fuel their mind and body so they feel their best.
Overcoming health challenges is never easy. How we “show up” daily determines whether we move towards or away from our goals. As a mom, athlete, personal trainer, and health coach, I was always seen as “IzzyFit,” the Energizer bunny often perceived as the image of health until five years ago when my life caught up to me. My own health challenges left me struggling with chronic infections, physical and mental fatigue, a mysterious diagnosis, and feelings of frustration. I struggled with sports performance, cognitive function, digestion/food sensitivities, hormone dysregulation, weight gain, lack of energy, and motivation. As a health seeker and advocate, I knew I had to experiment with different strategies to improve my health and change my perspective, redefining what is most important and reassessing what it means to feel my best.

As your coach, I will assist you in implementing a doable plan from start to finish. By creating a wellness vision that targets specific goals and providing compassion, support, nonjudgment, and accountability, I will empower you to create positive change from the inside-out.
